Working Principle

1. Automatic Control: By connecting to washing machines, the dispenser receives signals from the machines. The control system processes these signals and controls the dosing pumps to deliver the required detergents at the preset dosage, while activating the delivery system to feed the detergents into the corresponding washing machines at specific times.

2. Manual Control: The type and dosage of detergents can be manually controlled via the LCD screen on the controller.

System Composition

1) Dosing System: Mainly composed of peristaltic pumps (reference flow range: 300 mL – 7000 mL) and silicone tubing (consumable parts), etc.

2) Delivery System: Three delivery modes are available:Dry standard delivery

• Standard water delivery (tap water)

• External power water delivery (water tank + water pump, using a flusher to mix detergent with water before feeding into the washing machine)

3) Signal Acquisition System: The system that receives connection signals from washing machines.

4) Control System: As the “brain” of the dispenser, its performance determines whether the dispenser is easy to operate.

5) Number of Peristaltic Pumps: Optional with 1–7 pumps, capable of dosing up to 7 types of laundry chemicals.
